Our company's concept was created out of over 3 decades of experience in the home improvement industry. We wanted to bring customers a new experience that would be like a breath of fresh air! There has always been frustrations on both sides of most home improvement transactions for both home owners and contractors alike. Pricing of the project is always an unknown when a home owner starts getting estimates. Getting multiple estimates can be very time consuming, and the pricing is typically all over the place which makes it difficult to know who to choose.  Our new pricing concept will let you breathe a sigh of relief. We are giving you more control of the pricing!

 

Most people who invest in home improvements such as siding or windows, have been through the estimate game of getting 3 or more estimates and then figuring out which company to choose. Do you choose the one in the middle? Do you choose the lowest price? Do you choose the person that seems the most trustworthy? Why is the pricing so varied between companies? It can be very frustrating trying to figure it all out!

We started this company with the vision that the customer needs to be more in control of the pricing rather than just the usual of... "get 3 estimates, pick the 1 in the middle".

 

Our concept works like this - First we meet with you at your house to discuss the details of the project and get measurements. After that, you get at least 2 other estimates from other companies that specialize in the same products we do. Once you have pricing from those companies, you use their pricing to make us an offer on your project. That way you will know that you have the best price out of all the estimates, because YOU named your price!

We will then review the specs of the project and determine if we accept your offer. If you make a reasonable and fair offer, even if it is lower than the other quotes, we will consider accepting the offer. If we decline the offer, we will then make a counter offer to see if we can still satisfy your budget range. This process not only allows you to negotiate the price, but puts you in control of the process rather than being sold into a contract with exorbitant profit margins!
